Fill all the form fields with a detailed description of the problem

An email will be sent with a return number (RMA)

Send your devices only after receiving your return number

Include a copy of the email in the package. (DO NOT WRITE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX)

The return number is valid for a period of 30 days.

IMPORTANT: Scanpro reserves the right to return, without compensation, any device received without a RMA or who is not listed on the form. Resulting transport costs will be charged to the customer.
